For the german political party „Human Environment Animal Protection“ we could launch a completely renewed website at the end of 2014.

Since the care and maintenance of the unfashionable and completely outdated old web page was becoming ever more complex, we were commissioned with the modernization of the entire site.

The new web page is based on the popular open source CMS WordPress. This allows the responsible editors and authors to comfortable publish and maintain content. We developed an individually designed and party colors oriented theme that should naturally look good on mobile devices, too. Furthermore, in addition to a scheduler, it supports several user roles so that editors from various national associations can post area-specific articles and appointments.

As part of the relaunch the hoster was also changed since the MUT-party has, besides animal protection, taken up the cause of preservation of the environment. Today the website runs with real green electricity from Greenpeace Energy by Greensta. In addition, all communication between user and server from the first call of the page is automatically encrypted using SSL, which is important not only from a privacy perspective, but also generally improves search engine ranking.
